Bob has five years of outplacement experience providing one-on-one consulting and delivery of a variety of classroom instructional programs. He was one of five individuals assigned to design and implement an internal outplacement solution for a global professional service organization which is still a core portion of their Human Resource Department today.
Bob’s vast experience includes key roles in both privately held companies as well as national and global public organizations. His experience covers a broad range of industries and functions including accounting, consumer products, engineering, health care, manufacturing and professional services.
In addition to Bob’s career transition expertise, he has over 12 years focused in recruiting working with mid-level and executive professionals. He has developed and implemented recruiting strategies for several organizations and has established interviewing and hiring protocols within those organizations. His interest in hiring and retention has given insight into several applicant tracking systems.
