August 2009 MVHRA Workshop Speaker Rosalie Catalano is president of Keystone HR Consulting, LLC in Dayton, Ohio. The mission of her company is to help organizations maximize employee satisfaction and optimize business communication to ultimately improve individual and organizational performance. Keystone performs a variety of HR and business communications consulting services including writing employee handbooks, job descriptions, and newsletters; conducting employee interviews and organizational climate surveys to surface issues; developing performance management systems; and performing HR audits, to name a few. Ms. Catalano is a certified SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources). She also serves as newsletter chair for the Miami Valley HR Association and is active in the Dayton chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. Ms. Catalano is also an adjunct professor at Wright State University where she teaches PHR/SPHR certification classes. |
