February 2010 MVHRA Luncheon Speaker As Vice President for Organizational Development, Mary works on the planning and implementation of systems and processes related to employees. In her position, she assists the college in maintaining its base of operation for today while transforming to meet the future. Prior to her current position, Dr. Mary Tripp Gaier was the Director of the President’s Office at Sinclair. Dr. Gaier has 21 years of community college experience including 10 years of classroom teaching and eleven years in administration. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida in curriculum and instruction, an M.Ed. in curriculum from Xavier University, and a B.S. in education from Wright State University. | ||||||||||||||||||||
