Darla Cade has been in the HR realm over 25 years specializing in compliance and benefit management.  She is currently CHRO for Germane Solutions, a niche healthcare consulting firm.  Darla graduated from Wright State University and holds her PHR certification, as well as being state-licensed in Life and Health.  In addition to serving on various MVHRA committees, she’s an active member of SHRM and the ERA.
