TOTAL REWARDS SPECIALIST-COMPENSATION

Leads the daily administration and communication of multiple compensation and benefits programs with a focus on customer service, legal compliance and accuracy. Benefits duties include: proactively identifying and resolving benefits issues with employees and physician groups; maintaining benefit plan data on hospital and HR systems; ensuring all enrollment data is accurately transferred electronically to the carriers; and processing carrier invoices. Compensation duties include: responding to and collecting data from published surveys; data analysis; and assisting the Total Rewards manager in job evaluations. Responsible for all compensation & benefits communications, including presenting at new employee orientation and other employee group meetings. This position interacts with staff level employees as well as management and physician groups.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field, 2-4 years experience in Comp & Benefits & HR, Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint; Excellent verbal and written skills Excellent customer service skills, Compensation background
PREFERRED: 5-8 years experience, CEBS and/or CCP Certification
