Joel is the owner of Nordstrom Films, a Dayton-based videography company that specializes in workforce development, HR, and on the job training videos. A Wright State University MBA graduate, Joel previously worked in a variety of operational and asset management roles. Joel has been affliated with MVHRA and SHRM since 2018.
