Carissa Rexroth is a strategic HR & Safety leader at MW Metals Group, overseeing people operations, compliance, and leadership development. She is known for her balanced approach that blends strategic thinking with a strong focus on culture and employee experience.

Carissa has strengthened safety programs, modernized HR processes, and expanded leadership development through key partnerships. She holds a Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University, completed Strategic Change Management through the Kellogg School of Management, and is a graduate of the Dayton Chamber’s Empower Cohort 4. She also serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for MVHRA.
