I graduated from Wright State University in 2022 with a degree in Human Resources Management. I began my career at Wright-Patt Credit Union as an intern in Fall 2021 and transitioned to a full-time role after graduation. I started as an HR Generalist, focusing primarily on recruiting and employee relations. Recently, I moved into a position aligned with my passion for Total Rewards. I currently serve in a leave management role and also handle responsibilities such as workers’ compensation, tuition reimbursement, and benefit vendor invoicing.

On a personal note, I married my high school sweetheart in 2025, and we share our home with two mini labradoodles, Jack and Jill.

I am excited to serve as Secretary on the MVHRA Board and look forward to contributing to this wonderful community while building meaningful relationships with fellow HR professionals.
