This new position will help us grow our business as we continue to expand rapidly. Working with the HR team, you will lead us to refine our hiring process and bring it to the next level of efficiency & effectiveness. Following a thorough indoctrination to the business, you will immediately begin to place candidates and identify hiring process improvement opportunities. In the first year, you will determine the most effective way to recruit passive candidates for exempt jobs and create a candidate pool of talent.
This position requires a wide range of abilities including the ability to influence others, stay highly organized with a high level of attention to detail and being self-managed with a drive to create results.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5 years prior experience in recruiting exempt employees
