As a free benefit of membership in MVHRA, members have access to the MVHRA Legal Services Plan.
The Plan provides members with up to two free, 30-minute consultations with an attorney each year, to confidentially address management-side labor and employment questions related to your organization.
To submit a confidential request for a consultation under the Plan, MVHRA Members should log in to mvhra.org and click on the "MY ACCOUNT" link at the top right corner of the page.
On the left side of the page is the "Legal Services" link where a request may be made.
Your contact information will be provided to the attorney, and they will contact you within 48 hours (but typically sooner) to discuss the matter on which you have sought the consultation.
As you know, not every labor and employment question can be resolved in 30 minutes or less, but many can, which makes this a great and very unique resource available to MVHRA members.
